What we track that other price sites don’t
Every condition, priced separately
New, open box, UK-used (Tokunbo), Nigerian-used and refurbished are five different markets. We price them as five different markets, with used phones graded A, B or C by battery health, cosmetic condition and whether the parts are original.
City-level pricing
Lagos is usually the cheapest market because it’s where most stock enters the country. Abuja carries a premium; Port Harcourt usually more. Where we have enough verified offers, we publish the difference instead of averaging it away.
A date on every number
Not a publish date on the article, a verification date on the individual price. When one passes its re-check window we mark it stale, rather than leaving a number that looks current and isn’t.
Swap and repair costs
What your current phone is worth against a newer one, and what a screen, battery or board repair should cost, the two numbers that decide whether upgrading is worth it at all.

Where our numbers come from
Published retailer pricing, active marketplace listings filtered for outliers, and direct quotes from dealers in Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt. We exclude expired listings, stock that isn’t available, listings with no stated condition, and prices far enough from the market to be errors or bait.
We don’t publish prices for iCloud-locked or carrier-locked devices, and we don’t take payment to list, raise or remove a price.
