The fastest way to improve this site is to tell us when something on it is wrong. Corrections from readers who are actually in the market are one of the main ways our prices stay accurate.

Report a price correction

If a price here doesn’t match what you’re seeing, send it over. Please include as much of this as you can, it’s the difference between us fixing it today and us having to re-verify the whole page:

  • The device and storage size, for example, iPhone 15 Pro Max 256GB
  • The condition, new, open box, UK-used, Nigerian-used or refurbished (and the grade, if you know it)
  • The city, and the market or shop if it’s a physical seller
  • The price you were quoted or saw listed
  • A link or a photo of the listing, if you have one

Other reasons to get in touch

  • Retailers and dealers: if you want your pricing included in our verification set. Note that being included doesn’t buy you a better position, and we don’t accept payment for placement.
  • A device we haven’t covered: tell us which one and we’ll prioritise it.
  • Press and research: if you want to cite our data or ask about our methodology.
  • Advertising: see our Editorial and Price Accuracy Policy first for what advertising here does and doesn’t buy.

Reach us

Tell us four things and we can act on it the same day: which page, the price you were quoted, the seller or platform, and the date you saw it. We re-check every correction against live listings before we change a number, and we move the verification date on the page when we do.

We read everything that comes in. We can’t always reply individually, but price corrections get checked.
