iPhone 17 Pro price in Nigeria by storage
Storage is the only thing that moves the price of an iPhone 17 Pro. Every variant carries the same 12GB of RAM, so capacity is what you are paying for. Here is each one, priced separately for brand new and UK-used stock.
| RAM / Storage | New range | New typical | UK-used range | UK-used typical | Offers checked |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 12GB / 256GB | ₦1,800,000 to ₦1,999,000 | ₦1,850,000 | ₦1,040,000 to ₦1,799,000 | ₦1,500,000 | 6 new, 33 used |
| 12GB / 512GB | ₦2,160,000 to ₦2,730,000 | ₦2,160,000 | ₦1,500,000 to ₦1,850,000 | ₦1,650,000 | 3 new, 5 used |

At the 256GB tier the used discount is 19%, which is unusually thin, and it is the single best argument for buying new here. Buying new costs you ₦350,000 more and buys you warranty, an untouched battery and no ownership history.
How many iPhone 17 Pro units are actually for sale in Nigeria
We counted 454 active listings for the iPhone 17 Pro: 321 advertised as brand new and 133 as used. That puts the used share at 29%.
This is still predominantly a new-phone market. Used supply has not built up yet, so the few resale units that appear are priced by sellers who are not competing with each other. Expect to pay closer to new money for used stock than you would on an older model.
Listing depth matters more than most price pages admit. A model with 454 live offers gives you a real market to negotiate inside. A model with twenty gives you whatever the seller in front of you decides.
iPhone 17 Pro against the rest of the iPhone 17 series
Within the iPhone 17 series the iPhone 17 Pro sits in the middle. Here is the whole range side by side, each model priced at the storage tier with the deepest verified supply.
| Model | RAM | Display | Storage priced | New typical | UK-used typical |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| iPhone 17 Pro Max | 12GB | 6.9 in | 256GB | ₦2,280,000 | ₦1,650,000 |
| iPhone 17 Pro | 12GB | 6.3 in | 256GB | ₦1,850,000 | ₦1,500,000 |
| iPhone 17 | 8GB | 6.3 in | 256GB | ₦1,400,000 | ₦1,010,000 |

The iPhone 17 is the cheapest way into the iPhone 17 series at ₦1,010,000, which is ₦490,000 less than the iPhone 17 Pro. Whether that gap is worth paying comes down to the camera and the display, because the chip is close enough across the range that day to day speed will not separate them.
If you would rather watch someone put these side by side than read a table, this covers the whole generation:
iPhone 17 Pro review: what you are actually buying in 2026
The iPhone 17 Pro shipped in 2025 with an an A19 Pro chip and a 6.3 inch display. It is current hardware, so the only real variable is what you pay for it.
Watch that before you pay, not after. Almost every complaint we hear about a used iPhone purchase in Nigeria is something the buyer could have seen in a ten minute review.
Grading a used iPhone 17 Pro
Sellers in Nigeria grade by eye and call almost everything A-grade. Price against battery health and originality instead. These are the bands we would pay at the 256GB tier.
- A₦1,590,000 to ₦1,799,000
Battery 90% or above
No visible scratches, original parts, seller can show the box or receipt
- B₦1,395,000 to ₦1,590,000
Battery 85 to 89%
Light scuffs on the frame, screen unmarked, no repair history
- CBelow ₦1,395,000
Battery Below 85%, or not stated
Visible wear, replaced screen or battery, or a seller who will not show the health screen
What to check before you pay
- 01Battery health. Settings, then Battery, then Battery Health and Charging. Under 85% means a replacement is due, and that is real money in Lagos or Abuja. Make the seller open this screen in front of you.
- 02Activation lock. Settings, then General, then Transfer or Reset iPhone. If the seller’s Apple ID is still signed in, walk away. An iCloud-locked phone is a paperweight and no technician can fix it.
- 03Face ID. Test it, and test it twice. A failed or missing Face ID almost always means the phone has been opened, and it cannot be repaired with third party parts.
- 04eSIM and physical SIM. United States units from this generation are eSIM only. Put your own SIM in before paying, or confirm your network supports eSIM provisioning.
- 05Charging port. This model charges over USB-C. Bring your own cable and confirm it both charges and transfers data, because a dead data line is a common hidden fault.
- 06Serial and IMEI. Dial *#06# and check the IMEI against Apple’s coverage page. A mismatch between the printed serial and the software serial means replaced parts. Our guide to spotting fake phones covers the rest.
If you are buying UK-used specifically, read our UK-used phone buying guide first. It covers what the label actually means, which is not what most sellers imply.
Where these prices come from
New prices come from verified retail listings on Jumia and Konga. UK-used prices come from active retail listings on Jiji. Across the iPhone 17 Pro we reviewed 454 listings: 321 advertised as brand new and 133 as used.
We exclude iCloud-locked and carrier-locked units, bulk and wholesale offers, listings with no stated condition, and prices sitting more than 40% from the market median. We publish a range only where at least four comparable offers survive that filter. Chip, display and release year come from Apple; RAM comes from GSMArena, because Apple does not publish it.
Prices last verified: 12 September 2026. Nigerian phone prices move with the naira, and our naira and phone prices explainer covers why. Confirm with the seller before paying, and report a price correction if you see something wrong. Every model we track is indexed on the Apple iPhone price hub.
