Samsung Galaxy S21 FE price in Nigeria by storage

Only one storage tier has enough live supply in Nigeria to price honestly, and it is the one below. Anything a seller quotes you outside this capacity is a negotiation, not a market price.

At the 128GB tier the used discount is 13%, which is unusually thin, and it is the best argument for buying new here. Buying new costs you ₦35,000 more and buys you warranty, an untouched battery and no ownership history.

How many Samsung Galaxy S21 FE units are actually for sale in Nigeria

We counted 18 active listings for the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE: 5 advertised as brand new and 13 as used. That puts the used share at 72%.

New stock still exists but it is thin, and most of what you will be shown in Computer Village, Ikeja or Banex is used. With 13 used units competing for your money, a seller who will not move on price is easy to walk away from.

What else ₦230,000 buys you in the Samsung range

The useful question about any phone price is not whether it is fair, it is what the same money buys elsewhere. At ₦230,000 for a used Samsung Galaxy S21 FE 128GB, these are your live Samsung alternatives.

The iPhone you could buy instead at ₦230,000

Almost every Nigerian buyer at this budget is deciding between Samsung and Apple, and almost no price page puts the two side by side. These iPhones sit within a fifth of what this Samsung Galaxy S21 FE costs today.

The honest trade: the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE gives you more RAM and usually a bigger, faster display for the money. The iPhone XS Max holds resale value better, so if you expect to sell inside two years the Apple loses less of what you paid. Neither is the right answer for everyone, which is why we publish both. Every Apple price we track is on the iPhone price hub.

Samsung Galaxy S21 FE review: what you are actually buying in 2026

The Samsung Galaxy S21 FE shipped in 2022 with an Exynos 2100 chip, 6GB of RAM and a 6.4 inch display. At 4 years old it is still inside Samsung’s update window and the battery is the main variable.

Watch that before you pay, not after. Most complaints we hear about a used Samsung purchase in Nigeria are things the buyer could have seen in a ten minute review.

Grading a used Samsung Galaxy S21 FE

Sellers in Nigeria grade by eye and call almost everything A-grade. Price against battery health and originality instead. These are the bands we would pay at the 128GB tier.

  • A₦243,000 to ₦300,000

    Battery 90% or above

No visible scratches, original parts, seller can show the box or receipt

  • B₦213,000 to ₦243,000

    Battery 85 to 89%

Light scuffs on the frame, screen unmarked, no repair history

  • CBelow ₦213,000

Battery Below 85%, or not stated

Visible wear, replaced screen or battery, or a seller who will not show the health screen

What to check before you pay

  1. 01
The model code, before anything else. Dial *#1234# or check Settings, then About phone. A code ending in B is the international model and the safe buy in Nigeria. Codes ending in U, U1 or W are United States or Canadian carrier units, and N is Korean. Those can be carrier-locked, may not do VoLTE on MTN or Airtel, and are far harder to resell here.
  2. 02
Google account lock. Settings, then Accounts and backup. If the seller’s Google account is still signed in, the phone will lock itself on the next factory reset and nobody can recover it. Make them remove it in front of you.
  3. 03
Knox status. Power off, then hold Volume Down and Bixby or Power to reach Download mode. If Knox shows as tripped or the warranty void counter is not 0x0, the phone has been rooted. Samsung Pay and secure folder will never work again on it.
  4. 04
Run the hidden hardware test. Dial *#0*# and you get Samsung’s own diagnostic menu: red, green and blue screen tests for burn-in and dead pixels, touch grid, speaker, vibration, sensors and camera. Two minutes here catches most of what sellers hope you will not notice.
  5. 05
Screen burn-in. These are AMOLED panels. Run the white screen test from that menu and look for a faint keyboard, status bar or navigation bar ghost. It never gets better and it kills resale value.
  6. 06
Battery. Settings, then Battery and device care, then Diagnostics, or check battery capacity in the Samsung Members app. Anything reported below good needs a replacement, and that is real money here.
  7. 07
IMEI. Dial *#06# and check it matches the box and the sticker under the SIM tray. A mismatch means replaced parts or worse. Our guide to spotting fake and parts-swapped phones covers the rest.

Where these prices come from

Prices come from active retail listings on Jiji, read on 14 September 2026. Across the Samsung Galaxy S21 FE we reviewed 18 listings: 5 advertised as brand new and 13 as used.

We exclude carrier-locked and account-locked units, bulk and wholesale offers, listings with no stated condition, and prices sitting more than 40% from the market median. We publish a range only where at least four comparable offers survive that filter. Display size, chipset, RAM and release year come from Samsung’s published specifications, cross-checked against GSMArena.

Prices last verified: 14 September 2026. Nigerian phone prices move with the naira, and our naira and phone prices explainer covers why. Confirm with the seller before paying, and report a price correction if you see something wrong. Every Samsung we track is indexed on the Samsung price hub.
